It is estimated that 278 households will be displaced and 584 people will need Short Term Shelter. Economic Losses to Residential Property is estimated to be 31.0 million dollars with Total Property Losses at 104.8 million dollars.

This is a Return Period Flood scenario created using HAZUS MH along what I believe to be Irwin Creek. Area included contains 73 square miles, 2,821 census blocks, 54,873 residential buildings and a total of 63,883 buildings. It is estimated that 178 households will be displaced and 457 people will need Short Term Shelter. Economic Losses to Residential Property is estimated to be 9.4 million dollars with Total Property Losses at 22.97 million dollars.
